    HR you appear to be in denial or blissful ignorance of what has just happened. Unsecured creditors rank higher than shareholders. If unsecured creditors are doomed then shareholders are double doomed. KBL is gone.

    Shareholders do not owe any debts. That is the whole point of a limited liability company.
