Only if the Adminstrator believes there is short-term money to be made or assets protected. No new capex will be made and the end goal will probably be a move to care and maintenance for a quick asset sale.
The thing to understand about these situations is the Adminstrators' goal is to pay off creditors as fast as possible. The normal rules of maximising shareholder value etc don't apply.
