The uncertainty will only be cleared if Avq knew the outcome of the case. The only uncertainty that is arising is coming from people speculating. The trial was set down for 8 weeks, that hasn't expired yet. None of us know and for Avq to come out and say the trial will end next week, without knowing, would be irresponsible.
It's a high risk stock even more of a risk now because we are in a court case. Look for an update when the court is scheduled to end, if there's not one then, by all means harass the company. Until then it's out of all our hands, you either believe or you don't.
Simple
