I'm in the same boat bluehardy, numerous emails unanswered, responses to phone calls with "someone will get back to you" or "there'll be an announcement if anything happens". The whole reason for the emails and calls are to complain about the lack of updates and the response is that! How hard is it to include a short update with the results of the capital raising? The whole thing seems suss, and I reckon SMM have played it beautifully and will delay the trial completion until next year, with a decision weeks after. And if that's the case watch the sp sink.
