re: durlacher report - frenzyman - To me it seems a conflict of interest when a director / directors takes roughly half of the companies recently raised remaining cash as a "performance bonus"..?
Especially considering the director / directors have not performed.. and director / directors are supposed to act in the companies best interests (or at least give that appearance).
I would have thought their consciences would get in the way here.. surely ASIC could step in and demand to see some demonstration of "performance"..?
