funnily enough i cant take the credit as it was sent to me by a long term vti holder
much of it is new to me and some old however it is interesting and i think only scans vti as an overview
its been 4 long yrs but my original opinion stands
it was heartening to read from an analystst that the e/u were changing protocols so to speak
and that indeed vti did win this first contract although small by most peoples anticipation
