Below are the texts of an email I sent to Lumacom,and their reply of 25th March.Nothing terribly surprising------ Could you please inform me whether the Durst Organization's contract with Totius Media contains provisions enabling them to cancel the contract if certain minimum revenue amounts are not generated within a certain timeframe? If the answer is affirmative can you please inform me of the deadline date? We understand shareholder concerns in relation to the delays in the conclusion of transactions. The policy adopted in relation to continuous disclosure is provided on the company’s website, and remains that transactions will be announced when firm commitments have been secured, and these will be announced as soon as possible. The Directors remain confident that the transactions are proceeding towards successful conclusions for Lumacom and its shareholders, and we expect these will provide significant future value for shareholder upon their conclusion.
