Adore beauty has just bought iKOU (dusk competitor) for 3 x Revenue for 25 million. iKOU has 3 stores, and also supplies wholesale products to spas. Dusk has 137 million in revenue, but is trading on 37 million market cap. If companies are prepared to pay that much for iKOU, they are either destroying value for their shareholders or/and dusk is severely undervalued.
