    can anyone advice, is this a right decision to buy more at .165? normally i don't buy to average down the price. I think the dust and panic has finally been settled.

    i have bought on last friday @ .24 cents, buy the same quantity will give me average 20 cents per share.

    what do you guys recon?

    Time to buy more?
