Todays SP drop in BTV has everything to do with the Uranium spin-off.

Anybody who thinks the SP of BTV hadn't built in the fact they had gold and Uranium (as undervalued as the market saw these) is fooling themselves. Splitting will, in my opinion, not enhance the value of these assets better than keeping them together. As an investor I'd much prefer getting into a company with great Uranium AND gold reserves. Managed and promoted correctly, a combined BTV is much more attractive. If this has to be voted on then I'll be against the split - regardless of what is on offer as it can only initially reduce BTV's price and undoubtedly they will want me to fork over more money.

This is a good company but suspect cash/money games being played at the moment with current BTV holders the most likely losers in the end (or should I say not gaining as much profit as BTVO and new investors into each separate entity would in the long term).
