No Mr 43 , the Oilsearch release of 23 August states that the primary target was the Qishn clastics, and following the discoveries by DNO/Oilsearch and OMV of basement plays, the Yemen Oil Ministry has suggested (compelled) all operators to drill into basement... as I said comemnts by pseudo experts don't help the poor punters here... do some research, learn some geology and be better informed.
