If you see my other post(#51317) this young lass & her Ray White buddies are focusing on the period Nov-Dec 2012 as their prediction of a bottom, in % terms -pending location, their guess mean figs are down 25-40% from this point in the market...
Do you remember the Ray White (entreprenuer)'s post a coupla months ago, i reckon it would be, calling the bottom of the market back then, in Qld where he had invested in other RE franchise purchases, !! wow
How does this clot look now ?... how is his bank balance /loan book now?
