The latest techniques, products and projects are the focus of the Dutch-German Smart Grids Meeting. Industry experts from both countries meet to share their knowledge and discuss with the audience the latest products and developments in both countries.

Germany is together with France and Britain to the global leaders in the field of Smart Grids. Netherlands herein also very energetically active and features innovative technologies that are also interesting for German companies and projects. Our nets by the geographical position connected with each other. Intensive cooperation thus not only offers many opportunities, but is also necessary to ensure a stable and sustainable energy future. The meeting is interesting. For both network operators, energy suppliers, IT companies, project managers, engineers, government officials, manufacturers of Smart Grids technologies and distributors
Agenda
Carsten Beier will on behalf of Fraunhofer UMSICHT explain the project "Der hybrid Stadtspeicher. Renewable energy technologies will be integrated into the urban environment - both by central and decentralized energy, the other by the binding of decentralized energy generators and consumers through additional thermal storage.
Diana Khripko of the ith Institut dezentrale Energy Technologies discusses the potential and challenges of Demand Side Management for large industrial energy consumers.
TKI Switch2SmartGrids From the Dutch side will give an overview of the current state of affairs, prospects and promising projects.
In addition to the presentations, there are plenty of opportunities to get personal with each other in conversation.

Seven renowned German companies in the field of Smart Grids are interested in contacts with Dutch strategic partners, developers, network operators and manufacturers of intelligent technologies. These companies can be personal interviews scheduled on 28 and 30 October. Here you will find brief profiles of the participating companies.

Fees
Participation in the meeting and the talks is free of charge.
