Imo if you deliberately set about to import and distribute illegal very dangerous drugs that are extremely addictive and destroy lives and families then you forfeit your life. Further they are doing it for money and care nothing for the grief, suffering and deaths of people.
Most definitely a crime that should carry the death penalty in the Philippines and Australia imo.
The alternative is put them in jail and let the taxpayers foot the bill for keeping these animals alive.
