It was well documented prior to the referendum that the "V"oice was just the first step in the process ... voice, treaty, truth ... so Australian's knew they were voting for all 3 and they emphatically rejected it.
Real change will only come when we stop treating them as victims and push self responsibility onto them. Remove all special welfare and spending programs, either they live in the bush traditionally with NO welfare or they migrate into regions and obtain employment to support themselves. The endless spending has and will get us nowhere
