@Hingdog; even though I voted in favour of it I've never contested the results of the Voice to Parliament Referendum.
Whereas my values are 100% aligned with Australia's official core values including a fiar go and equal opportunity for all those demosntrated by Peter Dutton are NOT.
Dutton's record is revealing: 1. He led the case to undermine the 'Voice to Parliament Referendum' after earlier indicating the Coalition may support it. 2. Dutton's judgemental and highly critical visit to Alice Springs during the months prior to the Referendum has continued to cause problems within that community. 3. Dutton's public boycott of the Garma Festival is about as culturally insulting to First Nations Peoples. 4. Dutton's public declarations rejecting Makarrata, Treaty and Voice are almost with precedent in Australian political history and represent a return to Colonial Era treatment of First Nations Peoples.
