I don't see Dutton as inconsistent with his views on Nuclear. He was against the large nuclear generators as per the earlier versions. The new designed smaller compact ones that could replace the existing power generators and feed into the existing distribution power lines are a much different proposition. He has changed along with the change in the technology. Even some greenies are seeing that nuclear may not be the big bad wolf of the past.
