And you could tell from outside the silo/bubble too. So everybody knew he wasn't coping and that's what undid him. If Malcolm Turnbull had not moved they would have lost the next election, which IMO would have been a better outcome.

Malcolm Turbull may not have delivered to the expections of Australians but neither did Tony Abbott and if you all recall, Peter Dutten was there the whole time. And IMO Tony Abbotts time as P.M. was a complete aimless fiasco that pulled the rug out from many due to his 2014 lunacy Budget. Something Malcolm Turnbull had to work hard to undo with alot of useless people to work with. That considered is it any wonder he didn't want more of the same, by hanging around.

Thanks for reminding me of the importance of coal, now and for a long time into the future It meant I went to the AEMO dashboard and eastern Australia, particularly SA would be blacked out without coal fired generation. SA power costs 50% more than Qld
