I have never heard him say anything about not striving to go on to renewables, simply on how is the best way to eventually get there without being detrimental to industry and making the general public suffering, cost wise.
Before we privatised this essential service, it was a contributing factor that made our industry more competitive!
Since privatisation, one element in competitiveness has been eliminated!
