except the GenCost report is flawed in its attempt to overfit modelling to suit government policy, the report doesn’t include any CAPEX cost associated with storage or the transition to renewables prior to 2030, when there are known cost exceeding billions of dollars including snowy hydro 2.0 and new gas projects.
