Simon Kennedy got the nod 'cause he has taken to the Mr Potatohead look-alike mantra. Plans are afoot to have him as the stand-in for Dutton in the South. Shame Scomo didn't think of using a double when on vacation; could have the double sworn in just like all the other ministries he held.
