that was Abbott though, and the culture he inspired within the Lib Party has caused the nation a great deal of harm/damage.
the current iteration of Libs conservative rule has set back our democracy to 1950's McCarthyist hatred of anything left of centre replete with false allegations of communism.
they have become the extreme wingtip mob, rogue and irrational, constantly battling against an imagined foe when they should have been working toward bi-partisan consensus. They are fools. They will be condemned after ICAC gets through this last term and left to struggle with zero credibility and zero influence for at least a decade imo.
