PM commits to final week Press Club address, Dutton to skip
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese will stick with the tradition of addressing the National Press Club in the final week of the election campaign, with a speech scheduled for Wednesday.
Opposition Leader Peter Dutton, whose campaign is struggling, has yet to confirm his plans but is not expected to address the Press Club, as it would require him to spend half a day in Canberra rather than focusing on marginal seats.
