I would like to think most vote for policy rather that the individual or even party, but I know that is not always the case as some think the party they support is bit like their footy team and have always supported the same party. I find this odd as life changes and circumstance, therefore views on politics may perhaps change.....
ALP is going ok, based on the polls so that says a lot more thankfully to your point.
