You appear to suggest that corporates should take no moral view on issues. Surely companies supporting equal rights for women, not discriminating against different races and supporting equal marriage rights is simply part of being an employer of choice that people will want to work for. Thus, it is in the companys' own interest and the interest of their shareholders?
