Two salient points to note:

TZ estimated revenue for 2011 (remember the 3 year forward earnings measure as basis for IPO price) is $237M. That is well up on the previous estimate from the beginning of the year and is now in line with my estimate of $350M actual being achieved by 2011.

Details of NASDAQ listing, currently underway, shortly to be made public post US GAAP and hence published SEC filing, followed by the already stated procedure that involves statement to ASIC and shareholders meeting/vote. All on track.

Will be interesting to now see how management present the prospectus with an uplift in earnings based on POs received. They have to ensure placement value is exceeded by demand. That will determine timing. Now let's see what CS expertise is like in handling the details.
