spot on kingy. the Morrison laws on detaining asylum seekers who failed to be accepted as refugees, due to toughened criteria to rule out some refugees arbitrarily, caused those 148 detainees to be released. politicians have no authority to imprison people. but Morrison wouldn't trust the courts and wanted all decisive authority for himself..... the fwit.
