here's the facts for you 22 years no successful high court challenges... 18months of labor 2 new high court justices appointed, a new chief justice appointed (the former solicitor general under Rudd/Gillard) and suddenly criminals are being released on the streets to violently attack elderly people. Even worse, the governments had 6 months to instigate new legislation or protection orders to take these criminals off the street.... and what have they done? Taken the ankle bracelets off and left them to harm the community... not even Shorten could defend this incompetence, yet here you are, lying about reading an article, swimming in your own feces
