Well he doesn't seem to be there now, and that is what counts, and is a likely cause for the delay.

I'm guessing that its taking Resnik as while as there is a lot of new information. He won't simply be rehashing Stockloss' work, especially considering Resnik is the man who took over from Dutton himself.
Expect an indepth read with a revised price target.
