is it that hard,when someone leaves an organisation, one of their team will have their mail redirected so that customers are not let down.
in all likelihood robert left six weeks ago and someone replied from his address.
zo po mo, just ensure the research is forthcoming to help alleviate the pain of watching the share price drift - at least if someone can tell us its worth $15, it will help the mindset.
in addition we have our inhouse researchers - glyco, amex and kpool.
