Thanks for the reply grenade, I do understand how you would get bone dust on T-bone Steaks, but as he said " all steaks" I could not work out
how bone dust could be on " all steaks". All chops yes. All steaks no.
I don't know where you are but in South Australia all the meat comes from Victoria now processed by JBS Australia and transported to all the stores.
