Give the share registry (BoardRoom) a call and they will email you the form (Notice of Exercise of Options).
Just need to tell them which options they are (ADOO or ADOOA - may be others, not sure).
You can pay by cheque (quaint!) or bank transfer and the shares will be converted and appear in your statements.
Too easy.
