There are millions of shares held, so it's speculative and unsubstantiated to state that the reason so many people are selling is for lack of detail in announcements, there could be several other reasons at play.
I concur that there is a despondency with this stock of late, due to people's expectations not being met. But that's the nature of trading on the share market, particularly with speculative stocks.
I think people need to take measure and recognise that they're not trading on a blue chip; it's speculative. High risk, high reward IF the stock pays off.
If you had a higher expectation set on this company, I don't blame you for getting emotional about it, particularly if you're heavily invested. But these announcements are made in good faith, and doesn't warrant an accusation of breach of duty of care.
