1. To be fair, my next statement is a little unsubstantiated, but I thought it has been mentioned several times that the company had no plans for a CR this year (I don't have the time to search for it, and so I could well be misquoting). But I guess it's a matter of they don't know that they will need a CR until they know they need a CR. That's when we will find out about it.
2. Over what time frame I guess is the main question. But I agree, we receive updates on cumulative revenue only, it would be nice to see this information presented differently. Perhaps the company is awaiting some imminent revenue increase that will have a larger impact on share price? It doesn't help much to say the rev is only increasing marginally when there's a good to fair chance that something bigger and more worthwhile to report is around the corner?
3. I guess they can't answer the question of whether they will transfer until they do; don't want to count their chickens.
