ANZ is RESPONSIBLE for having advanced Funds to the Opes Prime Business Model!
The Opes Prime operation should have been FROZEN and then ANZ with their Opes Prime Receivers should have worked their way through the Opes Prime Books and contatced the Opes Prime Clients who were in Debit to Opes Prime, with solution plans.
(Like Please balance your Books to pay Your Margin Position.).
The ANZ Action has adversely affected many People who had nothing to do with Opes Prime and ANZ, and no doubt these people ,like me, in the future will Run past any ANZ Bank Branch or Website.
Good luck to all who are involved with legal Action against ANZ.
