Can any one tell me if there is any time frame for directors to disclose " market sensative news" from the time of they knowing same.
I ask this in regards to why yesteray was choosen to notify shareholders to the potential half year loss.( causing the sp to take a plunge) if for instance the directors were aware several weeks ago to the figures, should they not have told us then- have they contrivened any ASX rules?
