i said at the time SEN were doing what was required by giving a warning
they are compelled to advise of a miss by + or - 15% under listing rules.
and yesterday they advised in quantifiable terms the loss could be actualy larger then a miss of 15%
they have compleid with listing rules.
as to whtehr they knew re the size of the loss??
let me ask you....why do they cite Safenet regulatory issues now which were know in April?
did they know of the size?
does a bear pooh in the woods.
