Hi abobo
Nice pick up. Agree with your view on timely disclosure, they should have disclosed discussions or suspended trading. Clinical trial results and contract outcomes should be delivered to the market on a timely basis and not when they feel like.
From BTA's annual report today:
"Our governance is particularly sound for
a company of its size, with experienced
directors working diligently and
cooperatively."
Further, it seems the $3.5m payment is on the low side. Why do BTA need the monies? And yes, when AZ took over MedImmune a strange chill ran down my spine! HAHA.
Anyhow, buy back looking to resume and some buying support coming in today albeit low volumes. At least the selling pressure has eased to some degree. Strong market, BTA did well and the latest news should attract some press.
Still comfortable with my investment.... JUST!!
