According to the ABS 23% of women have experienced abuse from a male partner. Nearly 1 in 4 men are abusive toward their wife.

So the odds are stacked heavily in favor of there being many males sitting Hot Copper who are guilty of abusing their wives?

Why is that such a shock to you? It's no surprise to me whatsoever. The signs are everywhere.
