    No, the penalties are too weak, and in some instances almost not existent!.

    Dis you know in most states and territories the penalty for a first time breach of a DVO is a fine of around $200.
    That is breaching an order that was required after sufficient concerning conduct warranted it for the protection of the protected person. That is pathetically weak. It is instances like this the states and territories can toughen up considerably!

    From my perspective, if you're incarcerated you can't offend, simples!

    No not a permanent solution but it prevents much crime.
    I know, it's kicking the can down the road!!!
