I have a few of these and had intended to see how things went. The consolidation did not bring the lower share prices I expected so I waited for results to show signs of the plan coming together.

It was early days so I was impressed enough by the half year to hold but still not committed to buy more until I saw some direction.

Then this broker report came across my desk and I took another look.

I keep looking for these annuity style businesses as once they get above the fixed costs (which are relatively high) the next flow of funds is all profit and they can service distributions.

Anyone else had a look at this?

I like the fact that they can exercise an option and get access to that businesses cash flow and structure.
