Indeed decent soaking at the moment, technically we would be allowed to go as low as 1.5c (even 1.4c) and remain in the channel, but I would prefer to remain at or above 1.7c.
The high in Jan of 1.9c is the first major target to break, his current soaking leads me to believe we will have enough head of steam to break through.
I'm happy to wait a little bit for this to play out...
