according to tax office website any request for rulings are to be responded to within 28 days of request. is there written anywhere that the company has stated that they are awaiting tax office advice or has someone assumed it. if the company is awaiting a ruling regarding the dividend can management provide the date that the request for the ruling was made -= as shareholders would no doubt be interested in this.
