So I've taken my favourite slide from DVL's investor presentation today and added some extra details....
Firstly - well done to management for calling out their peers and giving the market the information to make our own comparisons.
I've added the revenue multiple numbers for each player... DVL only trades at 4x of it's revenue. Then I've taken the middle group of companies who are the majority of this set to give me the average revenue multiple of the industry that DVL operates in.... And it's 18x.
So then let's apply 18x to DVL's revenue of $2,4m...And we get a MC of ~$43m for DVL... which seems fair given their peers.
And hence upside from here is about 400%... Not saying we will get there... but it's enough for me to see this through.
