I would take a slightly different view gents.
Cash is KING at the moment and its a good sign to see Burgess flicking a project if its not up to scratch.
DVM has good cash reserves and we want to see him use them wisely - especially since the competition from other bidders will be reduced in the current market. So I take this as a positive indication.
We do not need to see the company loaded up with any old cr ap just to be seen to be doing something.
It needs to be said that neither deal has exactly set the share price on fire. Burgess can do better and time is - within reason - well spent if it results in a high quality prospect or cashflow positive acquisition.
