    Drilling a well costs between 1 --1.5 million,which is affordable for TEX, and TEX doesnot need to drill it straight away.

    As I know, TEX is the only company which is building such a relationship with DVM.

    IMO ATP 587 is as important as Highway 71 for the company. Since the two company has the same chairman, they should reach such a deal.
