    At current price DVN is paying 10.4% FFdiv pa .sp has risen 7% in last fortnight,and appears it will keep going up to its ex. date on 5/4/06 currently a pe of 6.4 . Dvn has now gained approval from Gold coast city council to develope the 148 hectare project at currumbin, with an end value of 500mill . cheers Vin ( I hold long term )
