Doesn't this answer a question posed yesterday? Someone asked why Mineral Resources would be behind the SOA if it was UNFAIR, as they are a 19.9% holder in ESS. UNFAIR to ESS (though REASONABLE) means MORE THAN FAIR to DEV. But Mineral Resources owns 12.8% of DEV, which going by comparative Market Caps would imply he has a much bigger stake in DEV than ESS.
