NIC share placement at 27% premium. Wonder if DVP can pull off a similar or better premium? 25% premium off 52-week high would be nice at $5? At 10% placement capacity will raise around $90M? I know BB said no more dilution, but what if the raising is value accretive? Larry Fink (BlackRock) was in town last week?
