9,375,000 insto placement shares issued (~8M available for trade less MIN's). Market is still supporting SP at 3.46. The insto ain't no dumb dumb and are fully aware of arbitrage. So there must be reasons behind the support.
Depending on how the LTR deal is structured, equity component and if they throw in earn-in JV for Buldania what is the impact on DVP SP? Minimum say 10%, we are looking at $3.80 at least and ESS deal will surely be locked in?
If no LTR, possible left field opportunities and MAC? Interesting times!
